“The quality of the cotton is beautiful, but the luxury is let down enormously by the quality of the stitching. It doesn’t take much to make sure duvet button holes are stitched properly (some stitching entirely missing on one side of button hole so raw edge ) plus lots of loose random threads on items. Additionally, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Cardboard inners which leave behind splinters of card scattered all over sheets and duvet. Additionally, the plastic cheap looking wrap on the items plus the flimsy plastic outer postal packing leaves a lot to be desired. There is no doubt this bed set itself feels luxurious, and is just about worth what I paid on the Black Friday deal where you got a free throw too, but not at full price... I would have expected it to be much better quality. Customer service was good and replaced my duvet straight away.”
