“So I ordered this item while logged into my account with LCS just a few weeks after ordering other items and ensured I updated my shipping address in my profile as I had moved. Then during this order, I had no reason to double-check the shipping address again as I just updated it a few weeks earlier, once my order goes on its way it was not until I got a notification on my phone about a delivery, that I realized they shipped it to my old address, Their system reverted to my old address (from what I was told this happened in the past as well when on the phone with customer service). They did little to actually help. Very disappointed in how this was handled and that their system reverted to my old address they were not willing to ask the shipping company to hold the item in town and that I would pick it up in person, but rather they said I would have to drive to a different town in hopes of knocking on a strangers door to get my package.”
