“Great for starting puppies. Sturdy construction. The onlhy change I would recommend to this tip-up releaser is I add a painted screen over the cage itself to better camoflage the birds.... But, this releaser works well even without the screening.”

“My pup was so well trained to heel that I had a problem getting him to move out and search while there was a lead dragging. I was concerned that if I let him hunt without a lead, he might catch birds that he found before I could get to him since I am working alone. The tip up solved this by preventing him from being able to contact the bird until I can move in and flush it. Since I'm working him by myself, the cage also keeps the bird planted while I walk back to truck and get him.”

“To be honest I’m not even sure what this bird releaser is exactly but I bought it for a Christmas gift for my Dad and his new puppy. The company was easy to deal with, shipped the product quickly and my Dad says that it is exactly what he wanted. So, even if you don’t know much about the products, don’t be afraid to order.
