“I found it absolutely useless - have set it seven times and five times the bait has gone without the trap springing shut. The other times the bait has gone and the trap shut with nothing inside it! In my opinion the cage is not long enough and the plate is nowhere near long enough as squirrels, rats etc. can lean forward to get the bait without treading on the plate! A real waste of money.”

“The trap does not work. The closing/trapping mechanism does not work as it is not sensitive enough to trigger when a pest enters. ( A common problem having tried other similar products and very few work as intended). I have used the product for 3 weeks, baiting every day, and pests can enter, take the bait and leave without the cage closing. I am returning the product as it is not fit for purpose. Tim”

“Delivery arrived on time however the I'm not satisfied with the product as the trap does not work. Rat has been in the cage more than couple of times and eaten the bait.”

“Excellent humane traps that are well made being of good quality. I haven’t caught anything as yet as I think the rat(s) have moved on, if needed I’m confident they will do the job and last well. Also, really excellent service from Little Fields Farm, these traps are definitely worth the money, they are robust and well made. Also, the service provided was excellent, they were posted quickly and well packaged. Thank you LFF.”

“The garden-visiting rat must have known this was coming as it hasn't been seen since the trap arrived! However the trap appears to be well made and the spring loaded mechanism works well in "dry" tests, so if I have any further bother from rats I hope this will do the trick.”
