“The order was processed quickly and arrived sooner than expected. As for the trap itself I haven't used it yet 'in anger' but the spring mechanism is very much a hair-trigger which means the slightest movement of the bait whilst placing the trap in position can require a re-set. Guess that's simply a case of getting used to handling it”

“The trap arrived not working. I have emailed several requests for a RAN but have received no response Lockdown has eased so this is no excuse. I have asked for a refund and will buy from another store.”
