Hi Michael, we are open all feedback good or bad, as a small business it helps us develop and get things right more often. Unfortunately as the pellets are a dry product and are made from 100% alfalfa and no binders, this can make them more fragile and prone to breakage, especially when in transit, so I'm not sure how we can prevent this from happening going forward but we will certainly have a think for a resolution.
