“The hay is lovely quality, my bunny really likes it but the boxes it’s sent in are an awful shape and awkward to use because they are so shallow it all falls out when you’re taking the hay out and makes such a mess. A deeper box would be better. Separate boxes for the mixes would be better as it’s difficult to separate the hay from each other.”

“Quick delivery but the hay quality is not as good as my current supplier. Smelt musty and was very brown in appearance, whereas my current hay still smells fresh 4 weeks after opening the box and looks healthier in appearance. My guinea pigs also appear to prefer their current hay supplier, they pulled 'the little hay co' into their litter trays and proceeded to use it as a toilet. Thumbs down from my Quad of boars.”

Hi Tania We are glad to hear you got your order quickly but sorry you felt the hay quality wasn't what you were used to. We are always given great feedback about the quality of our hay and the smell and colour so i think your order might have been a one off. If you ever want to give us another try my guinea pigs love the silky soft and Cotswold sweet hays. Both are very green and smell lovely and sweet. :) Thanks Maisie
