“Hay is great! Buns can’t get enough of it. Delivery is a problem though. Ordered 10kg box. Redirected to a pick up point - accepted day before. Day of delivery (after I’d left for work) get DPD message - can’t be taken to drop off point so will go to home address! Luckily my husband had just got home. Box was open and damaged. Not Little Hay’s fault but need DPD to help customers”

“The last lot of hay I bought was really soft and the rabbits loved it but this time it's much coarser and they aren't enjoying it as much”

Hi there, sorry to hear your bunnies aren't enjoying this batch of hay. Please could you contact us on email with a picture of the hay you received just to confirm you've been sent the right variety? With any natural product there can be slight variances between batches depending on the part of the field it came from etc.
