“I have bought Cotswold Sweet and the Botanical with added Marigold and Sunflower regularly and the hay has always been the same quality ie soft but thick/stalky stems which I and the buns love. At least the last couple of orders of the Botanical bale it is totally different - it is much finer strands and both rabbits definitely don't like it as much and it's a struggle to get them to eat it. I appreciate that hay is a natural product and obviously weather etc can affect it but it looks like a much softer cut.”
