Hi Chloe Thank you for your honest review, we value feedback from customers good and bad and aim to ensure everyone finds a hay their pet enjoys. As discussed on the phone, each bale is weighed on our baling machine, it would be great to make sure you have received the right size bale so if you could send a photo through to us at info@littlehayco.com we can verify that with you.
