“Must of the box was really just hay , so I could of brought a large bag of hay and added much more myself to the hay cheaper”

Hi Christine We are sorry you were unhappy with the product this time. We price these boxes to come out cheaper than a 1kg box of hay and two pouches of our treats. The customer will get atleast 2-3 pouches worth of forage on the top of the box which makes it good value however if you are used to buying your forage in bulk then you will find cheaper alternatives. We find customers love these ready made boxes for easy enrichment toy fillers, instagram pictures and just fuss free forage trays. We're sorry it didnt suit your needs, you might find larger hay boxes with our 1kg forage boxes better value for money. Thanks Maisie
