Hi Angela, Sorry to hear your pigs aren't a fan of this box of silky soft. Would you be happy to accept a replacement of our new second cut Timothy hay? It is softer than timothy but crunchier than silky so makes a good halfway offering. Please let me know if you're happy to accept this, Kind regards Charlie
