I’m sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. The initial delay was our fault, and to apologise for this, I included some extra treats in your box. To clarify, your order was ready for delivery on Friday, but the delivery was delayed until Monday at your request so hopefully you should receive your order soon.

“Bought a 10kg box of Timothy Hay for our guinea pigs. They absolutely love it and have been spending all their time buried in it. I have asthma and I'm sensitive to hay but this has been great for my lungs”

“Quite expensive hay. But my animals love it. I feed it to my gerbils, guinea pigs and rabbits. They all jump on it and won't leave until they have eaten it all.”
