“My review is not of the content, my great grandchildren love their subscriptions. In renewing and adding a second child to LP there has been an inordinate amount of faulty communication from LP. When I have received direct email communication from LP I felt things were straightened out only to get more notifications of subscription issues. I’m hopeful that the two subscribers are now fully integrated into LP records and there will be no more difficulties. Not being able to speak with someone in customer service directly is a major shortcoming in the organization when problems that I had arise and confusion continues to exist.”
