“The bath lift itself works well. however it is kind of large and does not allow the patient to recline in the tub. Also, if the tub is rounded or has texture on the bottom of the tub, the suction cups don't do the suction thing very well. Then after you have tested the machine, the company will not actually agree to return. They go on about they have to ensure that the device is not used and can be resold. and they will not pay for return shipping. So the bottom line is that the machine works well, but has many needed improvements and the company needs to get into returns are necessary.”
