“I love Livie and Luca shoes, and we have owned MANY pairs. I bought these in Aqua and Pink Punch. My 2 year old immediately wanted to try these on (Pink Punch) when they arrived and then proceeded to wear them around the house for a while - probably about an hour or so. After she took them off, I noticed that the fabric was fraying in the area of the shoe where it creases when she walks - the area just above the strap and on the same side of the shoe as her big toe. I contacted customer service and they stated that the fabric is “vegan” and will wear differently than the fabric used in the past. Although I was very disappointed that this shoe did not meet the high quality that I’ve come to expect from a Livie and Luca, they handled my return beautifully and I received a full refund for both pairs (Aqua and Pink Punch).”
