“I was so excited to get these as my baby's first walking shoes but when they arrived and I opened the box, I immediately noticed there was a defect on one of the side of the shoes. There was a black sticky substance stuck to the suede. I tried to slowly peel it off but I was unable to take it all off, so now it looks like a black stain. I looked at their return policy and because I got them on sale, I am unable to return it for a new pair. The shoes are beautiful but not happy it came stained already”
