Hi Taylor, I'm so sorry the shoes didn't fit like you expected! The Petals are on our Trac sole, which can run differently than our other sole types. We always recommend checking out our sizing chart at https://www.livieandluca.com/pages/size-chart before you buy to make sure you get the right fit every time!
