“I returned these for an exchange in a size 3 and NEVER received the exchange. The black came back exchanged but not the gray. I paid for two pairs and only have one pair. I’ve messaged loopreturns and have yet to hear back from anyone. Can someone please send my order ? It’s a Christmas gift”
