“When I started wearing these in 2003, I referred to them as technical hiking slippahs because of their ability to hold up in tough conditions. But over the years, it seems that the company is using different materials for the foot bed, and this latest pair (which cost three times what they did two decades ago) is flat already after just two weeks, so I might as well just be walking on asphalt. I don't see myself buying these again.”
