Ordered a packet of gluten free dough based as was doing a staff pizza party Ans one staff member gluten free. What arrived was nit what I expected. The bases were like paper, literally. No weight, paper thin. When I put them in my pizza oven the base literally set alight (like paper).!! Had to cut off the burnt edges. Asked staff member what they thought (as they were eating it) she said it was shocking . Would def not order again. I was expecting an actual dough base (like a normal pizza dough base but gluten free). Next time I’ll make the base myself.

These are the best low carb alternative I’ve tried to date. They taste good but when used as a tortilla replacement they are a little dry. I also used one as a pastry base for a quiche and again it was the best low carb pastry alternative I’ve had to date. Looking forward to trying out other options
