“A nice alternative to bread if on a low carb diet. texture is strange but not unpleasant i have only had 2 pieces both used as a wrap, and really enjoyed it, I imagine as a pizza base it is really nice. Expensive so would only have occasionally but will definitely be purchasing again so I can still eat bread while on a keto diet”
