“Overall- worth buying for use with soups and stews thus far.... Not cheap, but nothing else comes close for the carbs and cals. Good with soup - soaks up the flavour well . Used as a wrap which was fairly good... they have no real taste/flavour of their own, though the texture is a bit unusual, other products that aren’t as good cals/carbs wise are way worse! I tried to crisp it up in a pan. Not sure what I did wrong but it didn’t work as I wanted. Tried again with a little butter. It soaked up the butter like a sponge.... tasty but understandably greasy and not good cals wise... texture went even stranger. I’m going to try the French toast or eggy bread recipe and then as a pizza. Will review again after that.”
