OMG I’m a big fan of lo dough and have been for years . My 2 grandsons when they come to stay make their own pizzas with the base and say it’s the best pizza going . I use them for wraps , quiche . I made a lemon meringue pie at weekend and shared with my neighbour , we didn’t save any for next day and it was delicious . I am now on a diet , lo dough helps me still have great food and still lose weight. Nothing but compliments from me . I’m a massive fan . Follow the lo dough cook book and you honestly can go wrong .

There isn't much taste to these and the texture takes a little getting used to, but as a base for toppings or fillings they are excellent as an alternative to high calorie options.
