“The pizza bases are very good and have multiple uses and the recipes on the site are excellent. The cake bars have some sweetener in that is not a deductible carb so that’s a bit of a downer but they are still not bad at 5carbs per bar And they are amazing heated up in the microwave with a splodge of cream”
