Perfect alternative to carb laden pizza. The best bit is having to pile on the toppings, my kinda pizza!

They serve a purpose and are handy if you are following a ketogenic nutrition plan. However although they are gluten free, the main ingredient is wheat and for that reason I chose to stop using them. Wheat, even gluten free, still causes multiple issues for many people, including me, and it's better to avoid it full stop (and all other grains for that matter!)

I use these for all sorts of savoury or sweet bases. My favourite is a quiche. Sometimes I use the suggested recipes printed which are always very good. I belong to Slimming World and was recommend by a fellow member to use this great product.

The bases are great. They allow me to have a pizza, which I could not do for a long time because of being on a healthy eating plan to lose weight. They are also great as wraps. Very versatile. Love them.
