“I made pizzas for the first time! I was genuinely really impressed! I think I’m future I will pan fry the bases First as it advised is an option just to harden them up a bit, but they are definitely my go to treat now! For my topping I had passata, a light baby bell grated and some mozzarella, peppers, mushrooms, sweet chilli chicken pieces and cherry tomatoes.. the naughty bit was a teeny drizzle of garlic infused olive oil- but it still worked out as minuscule calories compared to what it’d be from a takeaway/ shop! I can’t recommend Lo dough enough!”
