“I am so pleased I found your product. The flatbreads are useful for lots of recipes. I use them mostly as wraps, but am checking out the recipes. Sadly I have no food processor to make them into crumbs so being able to buy them already crumbed would be helpful. I've just purchased some of your Southern style Coating so will be trying that out soon. The taste of the flatbreads is acceptable plain but perhaps consideration could be given to making flavoured options - maybe with herbs, i.e. coriander & garlic? I'm sure some folk out there might like spiced options, although I don't like spices myself. Lo-Dough making available so many great recipes really is very much appreciated - again thank you. I have yet to try many of them. Perhaps a few more low/no sugar recipes could be investigated to help diabetics?”
