“This is a good alternative to bread, but I personally, find it too dry to use as a flatbread. It's quite hard to heat up even in a pan, and goes hard, so you can't make it into a warm wrap. I have tried some of the brownie and 'cake' recipes and they are acceptable but they don't have the texture I would like. I have used Lo-Dough by blitzing it in a food processor and using as it as a flour and this seems to have better results, for example, in pancakes.”
