“Lo Dough works great as a pizza base. It doesn't taste of anything so the toppings make the taste, although go easy on salty toppings as there's some salt in the base. If you want to use this as a wrap then it feels much more palatable if you quick fry it with an oil spray. Otherwise its quite dry. I'm glad I found lo dough. Its a really nice guilt free alternative to having pizza. Thanks for a great product!”
