Really great product, very versatile. I use as pizza base, wraps, quiche base and loads more. Great Shelby life, easy ambient storage!

I use lodough quite a lot as I am eating low carb/cal to lose weight. It is really good for this purpose. Of course it is not as lovely as a lovely crusty bread in the same way as an egg white omelette isn’t the same as scrambled eggs with tons of butter but it is perfectly good and if choices have to be made I am happy with this one. It is particularly good that when the family are having favourite foods - like fajitas - I can join them in a low calorie way.. I make lodough pizzas for lunch quite often and the calories are almost half an ordinary sandwich. We have fajitas and enchiladas regularly are lovely and used in place of pasta in a lasagna it is hard to tell any difference (superb). It’s ok as a burger wrap, a bit messy, but let’s me join in at the bbq. Was not a great fan when used as a pasty pastry - too dry and cardboard like so will make gravy next time I try this. Of course the only downside is the cost - I guess I am spending only as much per month as the gym costs. If the costs came down I would use more often for breadcrumbs and wraps etc.

Different texture but adaptable to many dishes.
