“I love this product. It’s not bread, so don’t expect it to be a perfect replacement but it is a great way to be able to continue to have bread based meals when on a low carb diet. I can now have wraps which is super handy for a quick lunch or when the rest of the family have fajitas. Where I’ve found lo dough to be an excellent replacement is when used in place of pita bread or nachos for dipping into hummus etc. Carrots just don’t cut it in my opinion, lo dough is great (grill to make crispy then cut into triangles). Also when using as a wrap I’d recommend grilling for a minute so warmed through as the consistency is then closer to bread than chewy/spongey which is the consistency when straight from the packet.”
