So far used for pizza, wraps and toasties. Seriously impressed, especially as pizza base (but follow their instructions). So much easier and better than the mucking around making your own keto pizza bases.

Love the product ! Being generous with the sauce and cheese makes the world of difference ! Surprisingly filling for something that looks quite thin- and so easy on the gut. No bloating afterwards - literally the only pizza I will eat!

Lo-Dough is a meal saver. Ok, perhaps not, but i am diabetic and need to reduce carbs to as low as possible, and Lo-Dough helps this that. We have made cakes using it ( ground up in food processor so it is like a flour), pizza bases, crumble toppings, Fried Chicken coating ( and Schnitzels), wraps for sandwiches, stuffing mixes. We get through 60 a month, and no bread, so, yes, we are eating much tastier food than we would be able to otherwise.
