Hey Rosheen, Thanks for your feedback with regards to the Lo-Dough Brownie Mix. Are you able to confirm how long you cooked the Lo-Dough brownies for as it could be that they needed slightly longer in the oven? As a guide, we do advise that our Brownie Mix should be baked for 20 minutes at 190 degrees but we understand each domestic oven can differ slightly. We actually use a mixture of dark and milk chocolate chips in the brownie mix to make them as indulgent as possible, yet still keeping the calories in check.
