“Our dog Ruby immediately fell in love with this toy, and we were glad to receive it so promptly as it stopped her taking the Penguin ornament off the Christmas Tree! She really enjoys having a tug of war with it, and the Penguin hat soon started to give way, but this was expected. The rest of the toy looks like new after many hours of chewing, and she's only had it a few days. I would also like to mention the fantastic service from the ladies at Lords and Labradors who were unfailingly friendly and helpful when I called. Thank you and Merry Christmas.”
