“So disappointed with this for my puppy. Firstly the little bag didn’t warm up in the microwave. The team replaced that straight away with no issues and very promptly. Now, just about 10 days later, the zip has broken. And we’ve hardly used it. Very cute, but such poor quality. I will just also add that the zip itself was not puppy friendly as you can see in the attached photograph.”

“Nice toy, but for some reason the heat bag isn't warming when microwaved. The required cup of water next to it heats up, but the bag doesn't.”

“I ordered the warm bear but was sent the heartbeat bear , obviously the wrong one was put in the package but as I was getting new puppy felt it didn’t matter so didn’t send back as quality was lovely .”

“Absolutely brilliant - my puppy waits for warm buddy to join her in her bed and crate every night - she then snuggles up and looks so comfortable - she loves this comforter along with her blanket with mums scent and wants bed by 8pm every evening. Little buddy then gets dragged round the garden numerous times during the day”

“My puppy loves this bear! However she very quickly found the zip and has it opened no problem at all, so we've had to just remove the microwaveable beads completely as we were worried she'd be able to so easily access them. Would definitely recommend though, quite often find her cuddled up to this bear, or sleeping with her head on it”
