“I’ve had this set before purchased from amazon. I just say this step is much better quality. My previous one had began coming away as the seal on the post wasn’t great, I either received a faulty one or It seems to have been upgraded ... or this company’s just sells better quality as it now has some reinforcement. My cats have always loved this hence me repurchasing. The customer service is also fantastic.”
