“I emailed the customer care team before I ordered this crate. I wanted to make sure it would fit in my car, I advised of the specific make,model and year and was advised the Ellie Bo crate would be suitable. Waited in all day for the delivery, assembled the crate in my car. Although the crate fit it was awkward to assemble in the car and then found out the door actually wouldn’t open as it was catching on my boot. To top off the whole experience I have to send back the crate and now pay for the privilege. Such an annoying experience, I have contacted the customer care team and still not received a response”
