“Well I would very much like to review the dog collar but you sent me the wrong one. The one you sent has no plastic clip to fasten it around my dog's neck, so is not much use. I have phoned you about this and was asked to send a photo which I did. Then a further email to ask you to sort the problem, no reply to either of my emails. So what do I think, poor customer service and I award you lot Minus 100 paw points. Perhaps one of you can sort it out for me? ps The photo is NOT the collar you sent me”
