“The beds themselves are gorgeous and I am really happy with them. The delivery sadly was slow and in total took 17 days despite the website advertising 3-5 day delivery. After 5 days a despatch notification had not been sent so I contacted L&L to see if there was a problem (given the current UK COVID situation I was understanding of a possible delay). An apology was sent via email on a Sunday along with a 10% discount code and I was advised they would be sent either the next day (Monday) or the day after so I should get them no later than Wednesday. By Thursday I still had no beds and no despatched notification so I contacted again. Another apology but this time no idea of delivery, but an assurance it would be chased up. I finally received an email 5 days later from L&L, on the same day as DPD had already sent me a text to say my item would be arriving. The beds arrived on 9th December having been ordered on 23rd November which just left me really disappointed! I would have completely understood the time scales if this was clear on the website that they needed to be made before delivery but the misleading 3-5 days delivery had me assume they were already made and would be sent quickly. The beds are of excellent quality, and the email correspondence polite, and yes I would order again but just have low expectations of receiving items quickly.”

“Great addition - our French bulldog puppy loves it. We went for a XL for him to grow into and it also fits perfectly in his medium size crates for when he’s fully house trained.”
