“Ordered this bed in the sale. Presumed it was cheaper as maybe the fabric was being discontinued but in fact the actual mattress is totally unusable! I have bought a large mattress from Lotds & Labradors before & it was such a lovely bed & great quality I didn't hesitate in ordering another. The fact it was cheaper should not make it unusable. My 13kg dog cannot walk on it without falling off & now is scared to try again. Very disappointed!!”
