“The customer service I received was fantastic. The lady I spoke with, Victoria was very polite and extremely helpful. Overall all I am quite happy with the bumper set. The material is beautiful and of high quality. Unfortunately one of the ties detached on the first day. I think this aspect of the product is something that could be improved and reduces the quality of the product, which is a shame. If there was a way to use a more robust attachment of the tie, rather than stitched on with cotton, perhaps it would of lasted a bit longer?”
