“The bumper and cushion are gorgeous, but the bumper is not that easy to fit into the crate. It would be a great improvement if the bumper's ties were sewn on in more exact locations (i.e. corners and middles of each side) to take out some of the guesswork and endless adjusting currently needed to get it just right. The Ellie Bo crate is very nice as well though the gold finish is a bit spotty. Could be improved but not such a blight as to render the product unsatisfactory.”

“Love the material and Monty the dog loves his new bed. Service was prompt and no issues at all. The ties at the front could have done with being a bit higher - the fact they are quite low down means the bumper is a bit loose and is too much of a temptation for a young pup! Would definitely buy again though - this was the only place I could find this sort of bed/crate in this size.”
