“Door latches were misaligned so unable to open the door from day 1. It was actually rather flimsy too. Lords and Labradors were exceptional in offering a different puppy crate. Alternative crate supplied is far superior. Thank you Lords n Labradors”

“Very solid and good quality. It weighs a bit, but that's a good thing I guess Easy to assemble and instruction we're good. Lack of additional packaging inside the box and around the crate meant that some of the ends of the crate had poked through the cardboard. Was all intact and not damaged thankfully. Would definitely recommend.”
