“I did not have a good experience with this purchase. I purposefully chose Lords and Labradors even though it was more than expensive as I needed the crate by a specific date. I paid extra for delivery on next working day. Come the day of delivery there was no notice and no sign of it. I rang and was told my order had been lost - I was refunded the special delivery charge but the crate didn’t arrive till the next day. Then the day after I received a notice that a second crate was on its way so had to phone again to have that stopped. The crate door is not a great fit and hangs loose - I’m not impressed with the quality and I’m annoyed I paid more for it than I could have done plus the additional chasing and follow up that was required”
