“The crate itself is very sturdy and nice looking but the locks on the doors are extremely stiff and not easy to open and close so disappointed in this. I have asked to either return the crate for a refund or perhaps a partial refund could be given. I know other customers have received a crate mattress with their order but I didn’t receive one and in spite of two emails requesting this error to be rectified I have heard nothing at all! Your site was highly recommended by my breeder and I was anxious to buy a suitable crate before my new puppy arrived and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer care and response. I actually need two crates but I am reluctant to purchase another one in view of my experience.”

“I love this crate and the facts it’s silver as it doesn’t come across as cage like as most crates. The hinge for the gate is a tad stiff so needs some work but I’m hoping it gets better the more I use it.”
