“Wire is sturdy but bottom metal tray disappointing as quite thin and noisy. Worried it may put puppy off going in to the crate. Packing was open completely at one end when it arrived.”

“lovely product easily assembled and does what it says - only problem was delivery - came separate from the rest of my order and was delivered by Yodel - who seem to expect you to be at home 24 /7 and give you no idea except on the day when your parcel might arrive -no option to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour! so arrived on the 3rd delivery attempt after phone calls to L& L and Yodel - please just use DHL it makes life so much easier”
