“As described, good quality, heavy, but measure carefully as the crate we got was too big for our car despite getting advise from Lords&Labradors. .I got no reply to my Email requesting an exchange for a smaller crate.”

“The crate is amazing, the customer service off the charts. I don’t have enough good words to say, thank you!! My poorly Labrador is stuck in the crate whilst his broken leg heals - it’s the right size for him to move around and sit up, stretch out and despite being right in the middle of the sitting room, doesn’t look tooooo bad!!”
