“Purchased the gold small crate. I have a bit of an issue with the locking device on the large front opening, it seems that it is not a well aligned as the side door. However, hopefully over time this may loosen and become easier to open and close.I was going to return the item because Im sure it shouldn't be quite as tricky as it is especially when you have an excited puppy that wants to get out quickly but i had no where else for her to sleep and she was bought up with the crate so didn't want to ruin the training the was already there.”
