“I wanted a crate cover that would look stylish, serve the purpose of covering the crate fitted to the exact size and be great quality and wipe clean. I ordered this over the phone and the lady I spoke to was helpful, knowledgeable and really friendly. She helped me choose the right fabric for me and completed my order efficiently. It came well packaged and within the time frame specified. It is exactly what I expected and fits in real well. I will be ordering more from Lords and labradors.”

“Very pleased with quality of the product when it eventually arrived. I had to call the company as my email wasn’t answered to chase the goods after 20 days. 2-12 days is the current norm in this Covid19 environment. Product was further delayed 3 days by the inability of the DPD to operate our electronic gate. I really shouldn’t have to call and ask where my goods are after 20 days, as that’s poor customer service”

“So glad I decided to order these. I usually have a blanket over the top of the crate but it always looked untidy. Now both crates match and it looks so much better. They fit very well and have the options for either door. Would highly recommend”

“It appears to be longer on one side than the other. With it being the side where it’s got the two openings it doesn’t hang properly. I’m going to have to alter it myself. For the cost of it I shouldn’t have to do that.”
